With personalised services and exceptional facilities, our admissions team is ready to guide you and make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Planned admission (pre-admission)

For elective cases, your admission appointment will be arranged during your consultation at our clinics, after which you will be referred to our admissions team. During the pre-admission process, our team will brief you on the admission procedures, Guarantee Letter, bed arrangements, estimated hospitalisation costs, deposit requirements, and other relevant details.

Items to bring upon admission

1. Documentation

  • Malaysian identification card (IC) or passport, or birth certificate
  • Medical card and Guarantee Letter (if any)

2. Admission Deposit

GL Patient
RM300 (Subject to the deposit amount written in the Guarantee Letter)
Non-GL Patient
Subject to the estimation cost from the consultant

Remarks:

An additional deposit will be requested if your treatment charges exceed the initial amount paid. The hospital will issue reminder notices to you or your next of kin when further payment is required.

Any excess deposit paid will be refunded via the payment method used.

Room upgrade (for patients with a Guarantee Letter)

  • A signed consent for the room upgrade is required.
  • The Guarantee Letter must be presented to confirm policy terms and conditions, including co-payment and co-insurance.
  • Patients are responsible for paying the difference in room rates, as well as any additional charges from the insurance (co-payment, co-insurance, etc., as per the Guarantee Letter). All payments should be settled upon discharge.

Accompanying Person

  • Only patients in single rooms are permitted to have a companion stay with them.

Safeguarding Personal Belongings

  • Please avoid keeping cash, jewellery, or other valuables with you during your stay. The hospital will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Discharge

  • The discharge process typically takes up to 3 hours, depending on the final processing of the Guarantee Letter by your insurance provider.
  • Lunch will not be provided for discharges scheduled before 12 noon.
  • Please vacate your room promptly once cleared for discharge by the billing officer. An additional fee equivalent to one day’s room rate may apply for departures after 2 pm.
  • Additional charges may apply for certain services on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after working hours, including:
    • Laboratory
    • Radiology
    • Specialist consultations
